Farmers to Moms Program
We are thrilled to introduce our Farmers to Moms program, which provides additional food support for working moms. This program is operated by Abundance Setting in partnership with Green City Market, and is made possible in part by generous funding from the LEE Initiative.
How the program works
Farmers to Moms is currently offering 9 working moms 6 weeks of $75 vouchers to go to a Green City Market location to use at their discretion, as well as $50 per week to use for transportation access via Uber or Lyft.
Vouchers will be distributed to each chef to be presented at the Green City Market of their choosing. Candidates are encouraged to shop at female-owned vendors (a list will be provided following acceptance).
